ICS’s technical staff undergo rigorous factory training from a select group of manufacturers, and are kept constantly up-to-date on the latest product and service innovations. ICS is proud to be among the top 5% of distributors nationwide for quality telecommunications systems from Toshiba and ECI, and voice mail products from Active Voice. A staff of 20 certified technicians, is on-call 24-hours a day with access to extensive on-site equipment inventories for fast and efficient response to customer requests.
